Hengrace operates lovelalag.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it.

Information you give us: your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, shipping and billing address, and the content of any message you send through our contact form.
Order information: the products you order, order value and currency, and delivery preferences.
Payment information: card and payment details are processed directly by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We use HTTPS across the site and restrict internal access to customer data on a need-to-know basis. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact us immediately.
10. Children
Our products are sold to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
