Returns, Exchanges, Shipping, and Refund Policy

will not be eligible for a refund. Modified or used new products are not eligible for return.

With customer service approval, returns of new devices may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Used devices are not accepted for return.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Returns that do not meet this condition may be rejected or sent back to the customer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card or PayPal).

In most cases, you will receive your refund within two weeks after handing the package to the return carrier. However, in many cases, refunds are processed faster. This timeframe includes:

• 5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach us via carrier
• 3–5 business days for us to process the return after receiving it
• 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account, go to “My Account,” click “Completed Orders,” select the relevant order, and click the “Return” button.

Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.

Please make sure to include your order number and return authorization number on the return package.
